Rule 107
Hearing on review
(1) If the review committee deems it necessary to understand both the applicant and the relevant public body, the public body may understand after submitting the information, response and documents as per Rule 106.
(2) If it is understood according to sub-rule (1), the review committee shall notify the relevant party to attend within the specified period.
(3) The review committee shall keep a record of the proceedings in accordance with this rule and the concerned party may collect a copy of such record upon payment of a fee as per the prevailing law.
